You probably have a few questions before deciding to book me.
I love photographing families, portraits, weddings/engagements and also specialize in events, politics and commercial photography. Below is an outline of my process and gives you an idea of what you can expect when working with me. The photos you'll get are the main result of our collaboration, but I'd like to think that you will enjoy the process as much as the end images.

Before you book:
Let’s connect! I’m a phone call gal but an email or zoom works great too for discussing your vision, turnaround timeline and making sure we’re a fit. I’m always happy to share the tips and tricks I’ve gathered over the years for the best locations, clothing options etc.

During your shoot:
Photo shoots can be a little intimidating even for a seasoned and familiar subject. You can expect that I’ll arrive a smidge early, will have prepared for your shoot with all the necessary props and gear, and yes, I’ll help you figure out what to do with your hands. Gentle prompts and natural poses are a specialty of mine and letting the shoot feel good is always my goal.

Following Your Shoot:
The turnaround timeline of your shoot depends on the project and is typically agreed upon before you book. There are no secrets on what I’m capturing during our time together and I’m happy to let you peek at the back of the camera or shoot tethered when it’s appropriate for immediate viewing. I’ll assist in image selection for your needs, and all images ordered are delivered with retouching and edits, so no need to reschedule if you have an unexpected blemish show up for shoot day.
